Create Your First Site with InstaWP Studio
InstaWP Studio (Beta) builds a WordPress site for you from a short description of your business. You do not need an account to start.
Open studio.instawp.com. The New site screen asks What are we building?

Describe your business
In the box, describe the business in your own words: who it is for, how it should feel, and what a visitor should do. For example: "A boutique mountain retreat. Quiet luxury, forest green and cream. The goal is enquiries."
Not sure where to start? Try one of the ideas under Try an example.
Optionally, click the paperclip to attach images (PNG, JPEG or WebP), such as your logo or photos you want to use. You can also click the microphone to speak instead of typing.
Click Start designing.
Studio sets up WordPress, opens the builder and starts building your home page. You can follow its progress in the chat on the left. When it is done, refine the page together in chat. See Edit your site in chat.
Writing a good brief
A few clear sentences work better than a long list. Say what the business does, who it is for, the mood you want (colours, style), and the one thing a visitor should do, such as book, call or buy.
Building your site uses AI, so it uses credits. See Studio credits.
Other ways to start
Under or start another way, you can also choose:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Bring over your website | Copies the website you have now into WordPress. See Import your website. |
| Pick a template | Starts from a ready-made site that you then make your own. See Start from a template. |
| Blank site | Creates an empty WordPress site. Describe what you want in chat when you are ready. |
Where your site is saved
Your site is saved as a draft in this browser, with the badge Draft · not published. It stays there until you publish it. Keep using the same browser to come back to it, or sign in so your sites follow your InstaWP account.
When you are happy with it, publish your site.
If Studio asks you to confirm you are a person
Before the first AI request in a new browser, Studio may run a quick check. If you see Studio is checking that a person is using this browser, tick the check box that appears in the corner of the screen, then try again. If the check keeps failing, reload the page.
