Enable Support Access ​

InstaWP Team might need to access your InstaWP dashboard in order to debug the issue. By default, the support access is disabled. You need to enable it so the support / technical team can login to your dashboard in order to fix the issue.

Enable Support Access ​

Step 1: To enable support access, just log in to your InstaWP account, click your profile avatar in the top right corner, and select Account.

Step 2: Scroll down and toggle on Allow Support Access in the Support Access section to grant access, as shown in the snippet below. You can disable it anytime after the issue is resolved.
