When a site expires, it becomes inactive and the services attached to it stop working. InstaWP lets you restore an expired site so you can recover its data within minutes and avoid downtime.

How to Restore a Site

Step 1: Go to the Sites page, locate the expired site, and click Restore.

Step 2: The restore starts right away and takes a few moments.

Step 3: Once it's done, a success message appears on the screen.

The site's status changes from expired back to an active expiry countdown.

To stop a site from expiring again, mark it as permanent. See Permanent Site.
