View Referral Programs
The InstaWP Referral Program (refer-a-friend) rewards both sides when someone signs up through your referral link: your friend gets $25 in InstaWP credits, and you get $25 in InstaWP credits once they have used theirs.
In this documentation, we will explore how the rewards work and how to view your referral program details.
Who Gets What

How the rewards are activated
- You share your referral link from the Referral Program page.
- Your friend opens the link and signs up. Their $25 credit is added right away, valid for 30 days.
- Your $25 reward is created as pending at this point. It isn't usable yet.
- Once your friend has used up their $25 referral credit on InstaWP, your $25 is released to your account. Its 90-day validity starts on the day it's released, not on the day your friend signed up.
Good to know:
- Your referral link is remembered in your friend's browser for 60 days, so the signup still counts if they come back later on the same browser. Signing up on a different device or browser, or with cookies blocked, may mean the referral isn't recorded.
- Rewards are InstaWP credits, not cash. Credits are used toward InstaWP services and can't be withdrawn. See InstaWP Credits.
- Unused credit expires at the end of its validity period. You can see each credit and its status in your credit history.

View Your Referral Program
Step 1: Go to Profile on the top-right corner and select the Account option from the drop-down list.
Step 2: Click Referral Program from the options. Here you can copy and share your referral link and see how much credit you have earned through it. You can also view the referral and credit history related to your referral program.
