How to Use Your InstaWP Credits


Using your InstaWP credits is straightforward and automatic. You do not need to manually select your credits for payment; the system will prioritize using available credits for any purchase within your InstaWP account.


Once you've accumulated credits, you can view your balance on the Subscription > Credits page in your dashboard.



What Can You Use InstaWP Credits For?


Your InstaWP credits can be applied toward:


  • Site Hosting Plans - InstaWP Site Plans and InstaWP Live Hosting Plans
  • Template Purchases - Premium templates from the marketplace
  • Add-on Services - Additional storage, bandwidth, or other premium features
  • Plan Upgrades - Moving to Pro or Agency tiers
  • Any other billable service within the InstaWP ecosystem


When you make any purchase or receive a bill, InstaWP will automatically apply available credits to cover part or all of the cost.


Note: If your credits do not fully cover the purchase amount, the remaining balance will be charged to your configured payment method.
