Note: We are presuming that the user has created a staging site from their live site using the InstaWP connect plugin. If not, refer to this Create Staging document.
InstaWP allows you to record changes on your staging site from its WP Admin panel. The Sync-Supported changes can be Posts, Media, Users, Tags, etc.
Once the changes are recorded on the staging site, you can merge those changes into your live site without overwriting them.
