Let’s get started 🚀

Navigation to Profile Settings

Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Account from the drop-down menu.

It'll take you to your Profile Settings page.

Profile Information

InstaWP allows you to update the following fields in your account profile:

Profile Name
Email Address
Interface language (“English” default)
Profile Logo

Beta Program

InstaWP allows you to get the latest features and updates via our Beta program, by toggling the button.

Support Access

When enabled, Support Access allows the InstaWP support team to directly diagnose and resolve issues within the user's account. It is a conscious decision made by the user, giving them complete control over who can access their account and for what purpose. A support team member can only get access to the user's account if the Support Access feature is enabled through the user.

👉 Note: Once the Support Team Member is done providing support, you can disable the “Support Access” feature at any moment. This feature is essential to maintain users' privacy and efficient support resolution.

Update Password

InstaWP allows you to change your account password by entering the current one first, then the new one.

Two-Factor Authentication

InstaWP allows you to add additional security to your account using two-factor authentication.

Step 1: To add two factor authentication, click on the Enable button from the Two Factor Authentication section.

Step 2: A modal window will appear for your password. Enter password and click Confirm.

Once done, you'll get QR code and sound some recovery codes. You can scan the QR code using your phone's authenticator application and use the recovery codes in case of authenticator device absence.

👉 Note: You also got the recovery codes, which can be used to recover access to your account if your two-factor authentication device is lost. Further, you can regenerate those recovery codes.

Browser Sessions

InstaWP allows you to manage and log out of your active sessions on other browsers and devices. To log out, click on the Log Out Other Browser Sessions button. A new modal window will appear asking your password. Enter your password and click Log Out Other Browser Sessions button again.

This will be logged out of all of your other browser sessions across all of your devices.
