How to Generate PDF Reports for Your Connected Site

The PDF report of your connected site gives a summary of your site's key details, which includes Summary, Performance, Uptime History, Security Scan and Activity Logs of your site. It helps you track your site's health, spot problems, and share updates with clients. This makes it easy to manage your site and keep it running smoothly.

This document provides a comprehensive guide on generating PDF reports for your connected site. The report includes key metrics such as performance, uptime, and vulnerabilities. Follow the steps below to create and manage your reports effectively.

This guide outlines two methods for creating reports, with customization options to tailor them to your needs.

Method 1: Generating Reports for Multiple Sites



Step 1



Navigate to the "Generate Report" section.



Step 2



Select the site(s) you wish to include in the report. You can choose one or multiple sites from the available list.

Customize your report by selecting the elements to include or exclude. This allows you to focus on metrics like performance, uptime, or vulnerabilities.

If needed, choose the option to send the report directly to your client.



Step 5



Click "Generate Report" to finalize the process.



Method 2: Generating a Report for an Individual Site



Step 1



Click on the three-dot "More Actions" menu next to the site.

Select "Generate Report" from the dropdown options.

Customize the report if necessary, then click "Generate" to proceed.



The generated report will be sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox for the email with PDF, which includes:

Site name
Date range
Key metrics like uptime, speed, and vulnerabilities over the past 30 days.

If you don’t receive the report, check your spam or junk folder.



Note that if there are no recorded activity logs for the site, this section will remain empty. However, any reported vulnerabilities will be included in this section.
