How to build Locally and then Push to InstaWP?

Then, with the InstaWP Connect plugin, you can easily push your locally constructed website to InstaWP in a few clicks. LocalWP allows you to set up a WordPress development environment locally. It creates a database, installs WordPress with default themes and plugins, and includes many additional features like MailHog, LiveLinks, and Add-ons.
Step 1: Go to the Local dashboard, select Create a new site, and click Continue.

Step 2: Name your site and click Continue.

Step 3: Choose your site's environment from this step. You can select their preferred environment or make custom environment for your site.

Step 4: Set username and password for your site and click Add Site.

This will create your local site.

Once a local WordPress site is created, InstaWP allows you to push that site with its latest update of the Connect plugin to its environment.
Step 1: Go to the local dashboard and click WP Admin to open site.

Step 2: Enter username and password and click Log In to enter the site.

Step 3: Go to Plugins > Add Plugin from the admin panel.

Step 4: Write InstaWP Connect on the search box and click Install Now > Activate from the InstaWP Connect Plugin.

Step 5: Now, go to Tools > InstaWP and click Connect with InstaWP button.

Step 6: Allow access by clicking the Approve button.

Step 7: Now, Copy the command from the plugin dashboard.

Step 8: Go back to Local dashboard and click on Site shell to open the PowerShell in your system.

Step 9: Paste the copied code in the PowerShell editor to upload the local site files on the InstaWP server and hit Enter. This will generate a site onto the InstaWP account.
