Publish Template to Store

Once you enable monetization for your shared template, InstaWP allows you to publish your template to its store and start making money with it in one click by reaching out to more than 15k agencies through the InstaWP store.

In this documentation, we will explore the steps to publish a new shared template to the InstaWP store.

Note: The Parent site of the shared template should also be marked as Reserved. For more information on how to reserve a site, refer to the Reserve site document.

After that, you can follow the below steps:

Step 1: Navigate to your shared template setup page. For more information, refer to the Edit: Setup document.



Step 2: Select the Store option from the left menu of the interface.



Step 3: Click on the I Agree and Wish to Proceed button to publish your template to the Store.



A new modal window will appear on the left side of the interface, asking you to edit & personalize the template by the following options:

OptionsDescription
Template NameName of the template.
Short DescriptionShort description of the template.
Long DescriptionLong description of the template.
Page BuilderThis allows you to choose the page builder from the following: Gutenberg, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Visual Composer, Breakdance, Brizy, Kadence, SeedProd & Custom.
Select CategoriesThis allows you to select categories from the following: Fashion, Machine Learning, Technology, AI tool, Web Development.
TagsThis allows you to select tags from the following: Blog, Fashion, People, Technology, WordPress.
Change LogThis allows you to change the template log.




Step 4: After personalizing your template, click on the Save button.



Then, you will see a success message on your screen, as the template is submitted for the store approval process.



Furthermore, once the template is approved, you can check your published template on the InstaWP store, by navigating to the store section on creating a new site. For more information, refer to the Create site document.
