How to Activate and Manage Custom Burst CPU for Your InstaWP Live Site
The Custom Burst CPU feature allows you to allocate additional processing power to your InstaWP Live site, ensuring optimal performance during high-traffic periods or resource-intensive tasks. This flexibility ensures your site remains fast and responsive when demand increases.
This document provides detailed instructions on how to activate the Custom Burst CPU for your InstaWP Live Site. There are two methods available to perform this task. Follow these steps carefully to choose the method that best suits your needs.
Follow these steps to manually activate the Custom Burst Mode CPU directly from your InstaWP Live site settings. This method allows you to set up the CPU allocation yourself without contacting support.
Go to Sites > InstaWP Live and navigate to your InstaWP Live site. You'll be redirected to the settings page of the live site.
Select Plan Addons from the options. From here, you can set the CPU core to 10. This will allocate the first CPU; whenever you require more than 10, it will automatically upgrade itself. You will be charged accordingly. Click the Set CPU button after setting the CPU core to 10.
The second method involves submitting a support request through our contact form. Our team will review your request and create a custom plan specifically tailored to your needs. Once the custom plan is generated, it will be available under the Plan Addons section of your InstaWP Live site, where you can activate it.
Visit our Support Page at https://instawp.com/support/. Raise a query that you need to activate the Burst CPU. Our support team will then generate a custom plan for you from the backend.
Once the support team has generated the custom plan, the custom plan will appear in the Plan Addons section. You can switch the plan of your existing site from here. If you wish to create a new site with custom plan navigate back to the InstaWP Live section.
Select Add New and then choose InstaWP Live. Continue to the Next Step. Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize the setup.
You will now see the custom plan created by our support team. Proceed to the Next Step to finalize the setup.
In the final step, follow the remaining prompts as usual. You have successfully activated the site using the Custom Burst CPU.
