View Analytics
InstaWP allows you to view the statistics of users who utilize your shared template link to create new template sites. It delivers insights on 15-day data on your template sites to help you work more efficiently and effectively while assuring consistency, high quality, and compliance with defined standards.
In this documentation, we will explore the steps to view analytics in shared templates.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Sign In to your InstaWP account to access the dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the Templates button from the top navigation bar.

This will take you to the Template page.

Step 3: Toggle the Shared button from the top center of the interface.

Here, you will find a list of shared templates created by you or your team.

Step 4: Click on the Statistics icon corresponding to the template for which you want to view stats.

A new modal window will appear, displaying your template site statistics in the following two formats:
Graph
Table

The horizontal bar in the graph represents the dates of the last 15 days, and the vertical bar represents the number of users who used the link to create a new site.

Step 5: To display your template site data in tabular format, click on the Table button.

Note: Here, you will see a table of your recent users with email addresses for which you can log in to their instances and analyze the usage pattern.
To export as CSV, you can choose to export the list and webhook history as a CSV file for further analysis or marketing operations.
