Add a Mailtrap Integration
InstaWP allows you to add a Mailtrap integration which covers all email-related needs in one place: testing, sending, and detailed tracking to regulate how email infrastructure operates and performs.
In this documentation, we will explore the steps to add a Mailstrap integration.
Let’s get started 🚀
Note: You can test emails with Mailtrap integration from the InstaWP staging environment only.
Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations page. For more information, you can refer to the Overview: Integration document.

Step 2: Locate the Mailtrap section and toggle the enable button.

A new modal window will appear, requesting you to enter the values in the following fields for the Mailtrap configuration.

Note: If you don’t have an Api Key for Mailtrap configuration, you can visit https://help.mailtrap.io/article/103-api-tokens#sending for more information.
Step 3: After entering the values, click on the Fetch Account List button.

Step 4: Select your Account Id from the new field, and click on the Update Configuration button.

Then, you will see a success message on the screen.

To access the Mailtrap integration - Select Integrate Mailtrap from the Tools option of the corresponding site.

Now any emails sent by that WordPress instance will be shown in your Mailtrap account.
