Increase Memory Limit
WordPress memory needs vary depending on a variety of factors, including the size and complexity of your website, the number of plugins and themes you use, and the amount of traffic your site receives. As a result, determining how much memory WP requires is not as simple.
It has a minimum memory requirement of 64MB, which is often insufficient for most websites. InstaWP allows you to increase your memory limit to 256MB or 512MB as many hosting companies recommend for optimal performance.
From the Staging Sites page, click on the Three dots button and select the PHP Config option from the dropdown list corresponding to the site for setting PHP.
Locate the Memory_limit (mb) field and increase the memory limit, try 512 or more. See if helps with slowness or HTTP 500 internal server error.
Click on the Save button to implement your changes.
For more information on configuring your WordPress site's PHP settings & limits, you can refer to the Configure PHP document.
