How to Pause Your InstaWP Subscription
In this guide, you will learn how to temporarily pause a subscription that you do not need for a certain period. Follow the steps below to successfully pause your subscription.
To start, log in to your InstaWP account. Once logged in, locate your profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Click on it to open the dropdown menu and select Subscriptions. This will take you to the page where you can manage your current plan and access the option to pause it.
Scroll down the page and select the option labeled 'Pause Subscription'.
Pausing your subscription may temporarily disable some of your site’s features, including live site functionality and certain organization-related tools. Please ensure that pausing won’t impact any critical operations before proceeding.
Select the desired date for pausing.
Then click 'Confirm Pause' to complete the action.
If you have a hosted site or WaaS in your dashboard, pausing your subscription is not be possible.
