Export Site
InstaWP allows you to export your WordPress sites to use in the InstaWP dashboard or your local system. Your site's content is downloaded into a zip file (a type of file used to transport data) that you can import again in InstaWP or to another WordPress site, another host, or even another platform. Your files will stay fully intact after exporting, and you can do it in two different methods:
Method 1: LocalWP
Method 2: InstaWP
In this documentation, we will explore the steps to export a site both onto the local system and InstaWP. Let’s get started. 🚀
Go to Staging, click on the vertical ellipsis button of your site, and select Export As > LocalWP.

An additional permission box will appear. Select the Export button. A pop-up will appear to confirm the exporting.

This will send you an email with your InstaWP site zip file. Check your email and find the download button in your inbox. Click on the download button to get your file.
