Enable Support Access
InstaWP Team might need to access your InstaWP dashboard in order to debug the issue. By default, the support access is disabled. You need to enable it so the support / technical team can login to your dashboard in order to fix the issue.
Step 1: To enable support access, just log in to your InstaWP account, and from the profile, go to the Accounts option.

Step 2: Scroll down and toggle on the Support Access button to grant access, as shown in the snippet below. You can disable it anytime after the issue is resolved.
