Enable Support Access
InstaWP Team might need to access your InstaWP dashboard in order to debug the issue. By default the support access is disabled. You need to enable it so support / technical team can login to your dashboard in order to fix the issue.
To enable support access, just log in to your InstaWP account, and from the profile, go to My accounts option.
Scroll down and turn on the Support access button to grant access as shown in the snippet below. You can disable it anytime after the issue is resolved.
