Live Partners
We keep hearing that InstaWP is a great tool for staging and sandbox kind of sites. Can we have hosting with InstaWP?
The answer is yes!
We have partnered with wp.cloud to provide a InstaWP to Live hosting experience right out of the box. We call such partnership a "Live Hosting Partnerships".
To go live with a live partner (in this case wp.cloud), all you need to do is:
Go to https://app.instawp.io/hosting and add wp.cloud as a partner.
Just enter an alias which you can remember this connection by and save. It should start to show up like this:
To proceed in this step, first, add a valid credit card to complete your purchase for the new site (https://app.instawp.io/card)
You can choose to create a new site and migrate to this newly created site in one go.
First, navigate to the Sites tab:
Then, select the Tab "Create new live site"
Choose the connected alias (in previous step).
Choose name of the site (you will be able to map your custom domain later)
Choose PHP version
Choose a Plan ($24/mo is the starting price for 1 site, we have tiered pricing model, pricing to be updated here soon).
Choose a data center.
Then proceed to create the site and you will soon see a button to start migration, click on that.
