InstaWP Protect Site

The Protect Site feature allows you to hold unfamiliar visitors at the door. Each visitor will need a username and password to load the site. InstaWP allows you to set this feature from the InstaWP dashboard.

Let’s explore how to use the Protect Site option from the InstaWP Dashboard. 🚀

Step 1

Go to InstaWP Dashboard and click on the Vertical Ellipsis button of your site. Click on Tools and select the Protect Site option.

Step 2

Set a username and password for your staging site and click Save.



Now, the username and password is always required to enter your staging site.
