How InstaWP users can control the staging sites of their templates

InstaWP allows you to access the demo staging site of your templates. You can take control of the site created by your end users.

Go to Templates from the dashboard and click on your template. Now, select Staging Sites from the dashboard. You can access the staging sites from here and control them.

Let’s get to know what controls you have for your templates' staging sites. 🚀

You'll get the following features in the staging sites of your template:

Export CSV
Magic Login
Move to Staging Tab
Delete
Bulk Option

Export CSV

You'll get a export option which enables you to export the staging sites list or Webhook History as a CSV file with one click.

Magic Login

You have access to log in to your user's site with the Magic Login button to keep track of the site.

Move to Staging Tab

InstaWP allows you to move any demo site to the InstaWP staging from the template staging. Click on the up-arrow icon displaying Move to Staging Tab. Confirm again by clicking the Move to Staging Tab button from the box. The site will be moved instantly.

Delete

InstaWP allows you to delete the demo sites created by your user. If your users make unnecessary sites or sites that are not needed anymore, you can remove them from your end.

Click on the delete icon, confirm the URL, and select Delete from the box.

Bulk Option

Use the bulk option to delete bulk sites. Mark the sites you want to delete and click on the delete icon. Now, check Yes to confirm and hit the Delete button from the box.
