When setting up a new site, is there a way to set the database version ? I was not able to find it. I'm using InstaWP in plugin support and that would be helpful when trying to setup sites similar to users.

Can each student have their own wp site, reserved so it does not go away? If so, do they each have code and db editior, etc? As the instructor, I want to pay and control who gets each site and disable if needed. Thanks, Jamie
